Geek Squad Remote Repair Technician
The Geek Squad Recon Technician provides clients with technical support via the telephone. Must have strong communication skills to be able to effectively work with clients on the phone to capture product information, perform diagnostics, order parts and schedule service request.
Custom Field Programmer
The Custom Field Programmer will integrate and automate various subsystems native to residential and commercial spaces. The Custom Field Programmer will be responsible for the deployment of advanced network systems to support automation systems as well as home computers and mobile devices. The Custom Field Programmer must have working knowledge and principle understanding of both wired, wireless, and managed wireless networks. In addition, the Custom Field Programmer will configure advanced network features such as VLAN, VPN, Port Forwarding, etc.

The Covert Fulfillment Agents primary role is to solve challenging repairs of technology centric issues including but not limited to: Windows/Mac Operating Systems, application software installation and troubleshooting, consumer grade networking, peripherals, mobile phones, tablets, wearables and other consumer electronic devices.
