Associate Director, Market Access and Payer Relationships
The preferred candidate comes with a successful track record in payer account management in the field. Commercial Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement product experience is required; The candidate should have a strong understanding of national commercial payers, top 10-20 regional commercial payers, PBM’s, SPP’s, recent national healthcare reform as well as federal, state and 3rd party payer systems; this includes working knowledge of FSS, PHS, Medicaid, VA ASP pricing requirements; thorough understanding of payer policy development with both public and commercial payers; working knowledge of reimbursement systems and processes for coverage with public and commercial payers; can set strategic and daily priorities; can develop and lead the implementation of influence plans thru multiple parties; has negotiated and implemented contracts; has strong verbal and written communication skills; is a team player; and produces results.
Personal Care Specialist (Home-based, contract)
Under the direction of the District Manager, The Personal Care Specialist for the Program is responsible for managing on- boarding of patients in a given geographical area. The individual will work directly with patients and liaise with Field Case Managers who will work closely with the patients’ physicians to provide proactive and seamless services with respect to the program. The resulting objective of this superior and proactive service will be increased patient enrollment in the program and improved patient outcomes. This position is for a patient support program in the immunology branch.
Field Access Specialist
The Patient Access Specialist will be responsible for the management of defined types of service (physician practices, hospitals and other places of care) accounts in a specified geographic region in the. Applicants must live within 45 minutes of a major airport in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The Access Specialist will partner with internal and external stakeholders, including call center services and collaboration partners to ensure optimal access, effective pull-through, and understanding of access services and program support as it relates to supporting access to specific specialty therapy.
RN Field Case Manager
Under the direction of a District Manager, the Field Case Manager for the Program is responsible for managing all aspects of the program for assigned physicians in a given geographical area or hospital. The individual will work directly with the physicians and or the office staff to provide proactive and seamless services with respect to the program by accessing the ongoing needs of each MD/office such that the service levels provide a clear differentiating factor between this Program and other patients’ support programs. The resulting objective of this superior and proactive service will be to increase the patient program enrolment and improved patient outcomes. Knowledge in regional government payer policies, private payer policies and procedures is required. Regular travel to various HCP offices is a primary responsibility of the role. The FCM typically oversees large accounts inclusive of University settings and may cover rural and tertiary health centers as needed.
Account Supervisor
The Account Group Supervisor helps maintain and grow strong client relationships with assigned brands, contributes to product payer strategy development, develops and drives innovative pull-through initiatives, works with internal teams to ensure the quality of deliverables and interactions with assigned clients, and ensures projects are completed on time and budget for assigned clients.
