Their popularity stems from the simple task of the job which consists of entering information into a database or document. Any person who has worked on a computer or performed basic typing tasks in a job has data entry experience. For this reason, it is one of the more preferred types of employment that be done from home.

If you do not live in such an area, I would suggest looking for a job that requires specific skills and qualifications such as in billing, payroll or transcription to increase your odds of finding a job you do from home.
